Whether performance evaluations are processed throughout the year or during a designated period in the year, the administrative burden put on managers and HR departments for this process can be very tedious and time consuming. The EComp module will make it easier for managers, allowing them to compose and store employee performance evaluations within the EBenefits system. HR will also be able to access the evaluations online to manage and track the process, making the system the 'one-stop shop' for performance evaluations.
The Manager Self-Service module will also feature the ability to capture merit changes online. Once budgets have been finalized and amounts approved, managers and/or HR professionals will be able to enter merit changes directly into the EBenefits system. Upon submitting the entries in the system, EBenefits will feed the information back to payroll for approval and processing, eliminating paper and automating the entire process. By simplifying and transforming an extremely administrative process, the EBenefits system will provide yet another value added solution to our clients.
