During the sales process, the Account Manager introduces you to the EBenefits system, works with you to identify your company's goals for the system, and gathers background information about your company to ensure the system is ultimately built to meet your needs. Most importantly, the Account Manager is always available to answer your questions and respond to your concerns, so that you are completely comfortable with the EBenefits solution.
During the implementation process, the Account Manager guides you and your team through the entire process, from initial data gathering to a post-implementation debrief meeting. The Account Manager is 100% accountable for the successful rollout of the EBenefits system to your participants. The Account Manager serves as your primary contact during the implementation and ensures that all other EBenefits team members are delivering the highest level products and services, as well as hitting all key milestone dates.
After the implementation process is complete, the Account Manager continues to be your EBenefits contact going forward. The Account Manager will continue to work with your team to fine tune the EBenefits system, address any change requests, and to develop a strategy and plan for upcoming projects or enrollment periods. This ensures you receive continuity throughout the relationship, eliminating wasted time and energy on acquainting a new Account Manager with your company's needs and history with EBenefits. Client Service Representatives are available to assist your employees Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Eastern Time. They are thoroughly trained on your benefits information and provided with ongoing education with daily updates, if needed. Direct access to the EBenefits HR Administration Module allows the Client Service Representatives the ability to view the same screens that your employees are viewing to provide more comprehensive service and assistance to your staff.
